Melissa  purchased and sold her first home in her 20’s. She currently holds and  manages three investment properties (with a total of five doors), runs a  5-star rated AirBNB, and owns her own home. To build her investment  portfolio, Melissa "house hacked" her way through condo ownership, and  later participated in multiple 1031 exchanges to trade up in value and  cash flow.

She ♥ loves ♥ helping first time buyers, especially if  they want to learn how to become landlords so they can be secure in  retirement with extra income.  Her professional background includes  extensive time property management, and she can help you navigate an  investment purchase from acquisition (help evaluating the numbers and  how to identify a good opportunity) to tenant management (expert  guidance on acquiring your first tenant, assuming you would like to save  money and self manage your rentals. Eric  was born and raised in Washington County, Oregon.  His passion for real  estate started approximately 19 years ago when he bought his first  home.  Eric never lost his desire to enter the world of real estate.  Eric and his family live on a farm South of  Hillsboro on 7 acres.  His niche is rural property which he understands  in and out.  Eric brings an honest perspective and integrity to the  group, JW Homes Team.

Jamien  is a native Oregonian who grew up in the heart of Portland. He has  worked in the mortgage industry for over 8 years. This has given him  invaluable experience in navigating the intricacies of the real estate  industry. 

Jamien  has always had an interest in real estate. He recently purchased his  first investment property with the goal of building his portfolio. He  intends to use the experience and knowledge gained throughout that  process to help others also fulfill their real estate dreams.
